Shipping & Delivery

We provide a flat rate $6 tracked service for New Zealand addresses this is generally overnight but please allow up to 3 days, for rural addresses please allow up to 5 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, Deliveries in New Zealand do require a signature by default. Please call or email us to organise. Saturday delivery is also an optional extra (only required for Friday orders if you want your gear for the weekend) Orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday for a Tuesday delivery.All international orders will be cancelled and refunded unless you arrange a custom shipping method with DroneLab NZ

Privacy & Security

We never share your information with third parties. Information collected from you is used to help us make your shopping experience more enjoyable, such as cookies for shopping carts and email addresses for news letters etc.



Returns & Replacements

We will gladly except returns for goods unopened/unused condition, for a period of 21 days after delivery. Return postage for "change of mind" returns will be paid for buy the customer. With manufacturers defaults and faulty items, shipping will be paid by DroneLab NZ. Due to the technical nature of the product we sell, we cannot accept returns for items that have been soldered and or installed already, eg flight control boards that have had header pins soldered by customers. We highly recommend you test your components before installing them on your craft. This will help us replace items easily that have a manufacturers default. We take these returns on a case by case basis, so we won't leave you out of pocket or with faulty components if there is an obvious fault.



Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Pricing on is subject to change without notice. Items purchased before a price adjustment will not be eligible for refunds or credit. We accept most major credit cards and Paypal. We can also accept cash payment on pick up from Hamilton City. All prices shown on the webite are including GST, the GST amount will be displayed in your shopping cart. Promotion codes must only be used if a DroneLab NZ team member has authorised it, most coupons are only available once and DLNZ will check this before sending goods.Prices and special promos can finish without notice and we reserve the right to process a refund or notify a customer if prices have changed after a order has been processed with any DJI gear.Any Orders placed using credit card over $1,000 will be held until payment is cleared.



Viewing Orders

Viewing your order status is easy, simply click the top right login button on the website header and navigate to "My Orders." There you will be able to access your invoices, tracking numbers and order details as well as update your information, eg delivery and billing addresses. Please take note that any orders containing DJI, We may require payment to clear before shipping order out. Usually takes over night. Any order placed with DroneLab NZ may be cancelled and refunded at any time without notice.
